  • Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 10-20 business days.
  • All products are made to order, fulfillment time is 7 days on top of shipping time which is 10-15 business days. 
  • Made to Order processing time is 15-30 days as these are limited production and not mass produced.
  • Accessories that are held in warehouse locations will take 15-20 business days based on availability. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • We offer various shipping methods. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned for a full refund if returned within 15 days. Returns will be approved based on reason and condition of the items. 
  • Items must be in unused condition with tags on.
  • Made to Order Products can NOT be returned, exchanges may be requested. 
  • An exchange once approved, customer is responsible for return shipping. 
  • Most items are handmade, if item arrives broken it can be returned after confirmation by pictures. Anything damaged after worn can not be returned. 
  • Any clothing being returned must be UNWORN,UNWASHED & TAGGED.
  • We have the right to DENY any returns that do NOT follow return guidelines. 
  • Mystery boxes are NON-returnable.  

Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
  • You will receive instructions on how to return your item(s).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within business 15 days.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order. Made to Order products can only be exchanged.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

The colors displayed on the site may not match the actual product color.

  • Monitor settings: Colors may appear different on different monitors due to variations in brightness, contrast, and calibration settings.
  • Lighting conditions: Colors may appear different in different lighting conditions. 
  • Color names: Different brands may use the same color name for different colors.
  • Digital technology: It's not possible to guarantee a perfect match due to limitations in digital technology. 
  • Garment color
    The same color value may look different when printed on a light or dark colored garment
  • Fabric material
    The same color value may look different when printed on different fabrics, such as 100% cotton or a fabric blend. 
  • Photos
    Photos may not accurately portray the color of the product due to lighting sources.
